- 500g Chicken diced
- 1 potato cubed
- Oil for frying
- 1 jar Lemon Myrtle & Coconut Sauce
- Heat oil in pan and lightly brown chicken pieces.
- Add chopped potatoes and fry for another minute.
- Pour the jar of Lemon Myrtle & Coconut Sauce.
- Cook on low for 10 mins or until done. Serve with boiled rice.
