- 6 -8 fillets of Kangaroo Steak
- 1 jar Bush Tomato & Chilli Sauce
- Splash of red wine
- Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan on high. Lightly spray with oil. Cook kangaroo steak on preheated grill for 3-4 minutes each side or cooked to your liking.
- Warm Bush Tomato & Chilli Sauce with a splash of red wine.
- Slice steak at an angle & pour the warm sauce.
- Serve with baby spinach.
